What is the status of the project?
DAMAC Riverside is off-plan in Dubai Investment Park. The 5 bedroom villa is listed for handover in Q2 2028. Riverside Views apartments, including Azure 2, are listed for handover in Q1 2029.
What homes can I buy?
The master community counts 1,902 villas and townhouses and 4,490 apartments across 10 million sq ft. Townhouses are offered as 4 and 5 bedroom layouts. Riverside Views offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, and the community card also mentions studio homes.
What are the starting prices?
With AED selected on the developer inventory: 1 bedroom apartments from AED 1,348,000, 2 bedroom apartments from AED 1,928,000, and 5 bedroom villas from AED 4,337,000. A Riverside Views card also shows a from-price of AED 795,000. Confirm which unit that lower number refers to.
Is there a payment plan?
Azure 2 is advertised from AED 1,800 per month. The full schedule, booking amount and handover instalments are not fixed on this page. Ask for the current plan with your enquiry.
Does it qualify for the Golden Visa?
The developer places a Golden Visa badge on Riverside Views and on the 5 bedroom villa. UAE property routes are commonly discussed from AED 2 million. A 5 bedroom villa at AED 4.337 million is above that level. A 1 bedroom at AED 1.348 million may not be, unless the unit you buy is priced higher. The visa is issued by the government, not by the project.
What is there to do in the neighbourhood?
Inside the gates: Malibu Cove, an essential oils lake, a peace room, floating sports, calisthenics, cooking stations, an island restaurant, Adventure Land and a floating stage. The wider guide also describes a clubhouse, amphitheatre, hydroponic gardens and a zen spa.
